How to claim your money back:
1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased one of our products.
2. On the day your order is delivered, email a customer care representative at Dreamybabys@outlook.com a blank email with the subject header "30 Day Money-Back Guarantee".
3. Once approved, return our Product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
5. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our Products are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
6. Once returned, our Product's purchase price will be refunded to you.
